App DescriptionThis app allows easy navigation of the cell cycle dataset. The Radviz visualization on the left pulls the genes (little circles) closer to the time point where they show maximum expression. The genes have been arbitrarily assigned to one class, the one where they show the maximum number of reads. As genes might be involved in multiple time points, the mapping is just a rough indication. In particular, When a gene is found with a similar amount of reads in different time points, it is pulled towards the centre of the plot. The reads coverage plots (appearing as tooltips after hoovering on the gene table or the radviz plot) should be used to assess the number of different fragments that hit a gene. This can be approximately evaluated by the amount of piled-up reads that appears in the images (barcoded reads).
